• All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be given a full refund.



• As an online store in New Zealand, all prices are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.



• We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.



• The cost of delivery is an additional charge and is charged at the published rate shown on our site.



• If for any reason we are unable to deliver an order to your address we will inform you by email or fax and cancel your order and provide you with a full refund of any payment made by you.



• Deliveries within New Zealand are delivered by courier.



• All deliveries will generally leave our premises within 1-5 working days. If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within this time frame you will be advised by email or fax.



• Any major credit card or debit card which is accepted by the Bank of New Zealand can be used to make payment. We are bound by the terms of use and settlement arrangements that we have entered into with the Bank of New Zealand.



• Payment will be debited from your credit or debit account before the despatch of your order.



• In the interests of reducing fraudulent use of any payment system and in the interests of reducing internet fraud we reserve the right to refuse or reject any order. We also reserve the right to refuse delivery of any order to a post office box or any other similar address which might be incomplete or could be falsely identified by any means.



• We will take all reasonable care insofar as it is within our power to do so to keep the details of your order secure. However we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing to or ordering from our site. We reserve the right to make such alterations to our site, policies and these terms and conditions as may be required from time to time. If any of these terms and conditions shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable that term or condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.
