I don't understand what you mean by maximum charge for standard delivery?
Say for example you live in Auckland and you order 8 items standard delivery. Your charge would normally be 8 x $ 2.95 = $ 39.60 but the maximum you will actually pay is $20.00. So, it pays to order in multiples, because it works out a lot cheaper.

I would like to receive the products that I ordered as soon as possible? Can this be arranged?
Yes, it can. Before you place the order, notify us with your request and we will get a delivery time and price.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Our online shop in New Zealand accepts all major credit cards namely: MasterCard, Visa and Amex.

Are you allowed to ask for additional proof of identity?
Yes, we are. Once you have placed an order with our online shop in New Zealand, you also agreed to our terms of trade as explained in our "Legal section'. Please, do not be offended!

I wish to purchase a product that is 'not available internationally'. I really would like to purchase it and don't mind paying for the freight charges. What do I do?
For logistical purposes, we have only made available for the overseas market products with a maximum weight of 2.5 KG including the packaging. However, in principal everything is for sale. Before you place an order, send us an email stating what you wish to purchase and delivery details and we will arrange a price and delivery date.

I do not live in NZ but wish to return a product.
All sales overseas are final. So, choose carefully. If you have any questions regarding any of our products simply send us an email and we'll be happy to answer any queries that you may have.

Do I have to pay import duty?
Every country has different rules and we can not take responsibility for this. Your local customs office should be able to advise you.

How safe is it to use my credit card online?
Very, very safe! When you arrive at the checkout you are in a secure area behind a digital firewall. All information is send via a secure server and is encrypted. The staff at Stoffels online shop in New Zealand don't even get to see your credit card details. Feel free to contact us if you have any further queries.

What about my privacy?
All information we collect about you stays with us. We do not trade or sell your information with anybody else.

My goods arrived damaged, what now?
If your goods arrived damaged please notify us immediately by email at sales@stoffels.co.nz. The courier will collect and inspect the damaged goods and we will replace them. For overseas deliveries please retain products and packaging as is. If possible, take some photographs and contact us. The photographs will serve as evidence and back up your claim. What do the initials DPOA mean?
It means Delivery Price On Application. The product is outside our standard delivery range and we will notify you of the freight charge to your delivery address before we process your order.

What area does your Auckland Postal zone cover?
It covers the area from Albany to Papakura.

I received a gift voucher but how do I redeem it?
Go and shop at our Stoffels online shop in New Zealand. When you get to the checkout enter the E-Gift voucher number and the amount of the voucher will be deducted from the total. When redeeming the voucher the whole amount of the voucher must be spend. When you exceed the amount of the voucher you are required to make up the balance. If you wish to combine multiple gift vouchers, please contact us and we will process them for you. An administration charge of $9.95 will be charged to your credit card.
E-Gift vouchers are valid for twelve months from date of purchase.
Recipients of E-Gift vouchers must have a valid email address. E-Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

At Stoffels' online shop in New Zealand, we take complaints very seriously. So, if you do have a complaint contact us immediately either by email or by phone and we'll do our best to put things right.

Do you offer free gift wrapping?
Yes, we do. However due to size restrictions we are unable to giftwrap large gifts.

Can I return or exchange unwanted gifts?
No, I'm afraid we do not exchange or make refunds on unwanted gifts.
